Your property is a valuable asset and, in most cases, forms
part of a savings, pension or retirement plan. It should work
for you to create income, not cause you hours of trouble and
concern. It is perfectly feasible
for you to prepare, market, manage and run the property yourself
whilst it is tenanted. A number of our clients do this very
successfully but it can turn into an onerous task for the
private individual.
The majority of our Landlord clients ask
us to manage the property on their behalf. After all it’s
what we do each and every day. We have the contacts with local
tradesmen and know how to deal with and register relevant
information with Local Authorities and the Gas, Water and
Electricity companies.
As you would expect, we charge for this
service, but once you decide to pass responsibility to us
you can relax.
