Finding a tenant is easy, but finding
the right tenant for your property and circumstances
is a bit more complicated. We believe we have perfected the
assessment and vetting process so that you can be sure the people
we recommend to become your tenants are as reliable as possible.
What we do:

An informal interview
at our office to find out more about the potential tenant.
We want to know where they are working, whether they have
a partner, a motorbike etc. We also check whether they
want to stay in the property for just the minimum 6 months
or if this is for the long term. |
If we’re happy with the answers
we will then go to the next stage.

A formal application
to HOMELET the company that conducts reference and credit
checks on our behalf. At this stage all relevant
personal details are collected from the potential tenant.
Salary, employer, previous landlord, bankruptcy, County
Court Judgements etc. |
Within 3 days we will know whether
the potential tenant passes the credit reference tests. If
they do we’ll proceed to taking appropriate references. Subject
to these it will be possible to grant the tenancy.
