Tenant Commitment


Once a potential tenant has been located and approved for your property we then work to turn the tenancy live. This involves:

Agreeing a date for the tenancy to commence

Drawing up the tenancy agreement so it is completely accurate and legally binding


Having the agreement “Stamped” (this means registered) with the Inland Revenue. If this is not done the contract will not be admissible in court if there is a dispute with the tenant

Carry out a full inventory of the property and agree this with you and the tenant
Informing the Local authority and utilities about the new tenant


Arranging the payment method you require from the tenant from the second month onwards


Receiving the first months rent and deposit, clearing the funds and then accounting to the Landlord
Handing over the keys to the tenant and informing you everything is in order
