Full Property Management


Full Property Management is exactly what it says. From the moment you ask us to manage your property we will take on full responsibility.

This responsibility starts well before we ever show a potential tenant around your home, and is summarised here:


We visit your property and assess its features, benefits and selling points.




We will draw up and discuss with you a property enhancement plan that is designed to make it as attractive as possible to potential tenants and to protect its condition long term. This might mean, for example, removing a cream leather sofa that is liable to be damaged or replacing a vinyl floor or carpet that is at the end of its life.

We will then ascertain the type of individual or family you would like to live in your property.


If there is work to be done you can either arrange it yourself or leave it to us. We only use accredited tradesmen whose work we have seen and checked.









Once the property is ready to market we will then present it in the best possible light. We use:
- Our database of waiting tenants
- Our internet site
- The most appropriate local newspaper
- The most relevant monthly journals
- Our contacts at estate agents
- Our network of contacts across the three counties with corporate clients
- Notice boards in local newsagents if the property is rurally situated

This approach has proved to be successful. A well-presented property attracts high quality tenants. Once we have a tenant we move to the next stage: Tenant Selection
