Once we have found
the property that suits all your requirements we will then guide
you through applying for the tenancy. This is quite straightforward
but means you’ll have to gather up some information before filling
in the reference form.
You’ll need:
• |
The full names and addresses of each
adult to be named on the tenancy agreement. If you’ve
moved in the last 3 years we’ll need those addresses as
well |
• |
Two forms of identification each.
A driving licence, telephone bill, Passport or council
tax bill are all OK |
• |
Details of where you work, your salary,
payroll number and the name, telephone and fax numbers
of a person in the Personnel Department who can be
contacted. If you have moved jobs in the past 3 years bring those
details as well |
• |
If you are self-employed we will
need your accountants details. |
| • |
Your bank account details |
• |
The name, address and telephone number
of your current landlord or letting agent |
• |
The name, address and a telephone
number of a person who will provide a personal reference |
| • |
The name, address and telephone number
of your next of kin |
You’ll also need to give us a
cheque for £100.00 as a holding deposit, to reserve the
property. This is non-returnable if you fail the referencing
process or withdraw from the proposed transaction.
Please note any agreement is strictly SUBJECT TO CONTRACT. There
can be no binding agreement until all appropriate formalities
have taken place. Further, no statements made by the owner,
their representative or agent may constitute a tenancy agreement
since the strict terms will only be contained within the signed
agreement, it being the entire agreement.
