Your application
form will be thoroughly checked by a company called HOMELET.
They enquire, confidentially, into your employment, salary and
previous residences. They will also check if you are bankrupt
or have county court judgements against you.
Once they have finished their checks we will be informed whether
you have been approved for the tenancy or declined. Rest assured
that the checks are carried out confidentially. Marcus Jordan
& Co Ltd is registered with the Data Protection Agency and
we must, by law, keep any information
about you confidential. My
application is approved
We can now formally offer
you the tenancy of the home you have chosen. This is known as
an Assured Short Hold Tenancy. It is written to adhere to English
law and contains terms and conditions that apply to you the
tenant and to the landlord.
You must read the tenancy document to understand what it means
to you. Please take independent legal advice if you are unsure
about anything contained in the document.
Over the next few days we will talk to you about the following:

our office to sign the tenancy agreement |
Once this is all completed the property is yours to move into.
