What if my application is declined?
There are a number of reasons why your application could be declined. In some cases we’ll have to say, sorry, we can’t help you further. However there maybe ways of resolving the situation which can be discussed with you depending on your particular circumstances. It is important to note here that if your application is not approved you will lose the holding deposit.
