How do we market your property?
We use traditional and modern methods to find suitable tenants
for the landlords we represent. Please remember that as we only
deal with property rentals we are never distracted by property
sales. We consider this to be a positive benefit for landlords.

Polish whiz kid who told us to keep it simple designed
the site you’re now surfing. His greatest skill, however,
is to know how to place our website and its keywords in
the right search engines. If you’re in Australia and “search”
for “property rental near Milton Keynes”, our site will
come up. We now receive over 1000 hits per day on our
site- that’s a lot of potential tenants. |

Networking
We know, and do business with, a wide range of people
in the area. This allows us to follow-up leads about companies
or individuals moving into the area and be first in with
our relocation services. |

Marketing existing tenants
By keeping in touch with our current tenant clients we
know when they want to move properties, sometimes for
a change, other times because their families are growing.
As we have experience of their payment history and know
how they keep their homes these are excellent prospects. |

Public Relations
We sponsor events, largeand
small where we know potential tenants will see our literature.
A recent example was the Olney Floral Fiesta and associated
raft race. Over 7000 local people saw our name and what
we do, continuously, for most of that weekend. |
