come up. We now receive over 1000 hits per day on our
site- that’s a lot of potential tenants. |

We know, and do business with, a wide range of people
in the area. This allows us to follow-up leads about companies
or individuals moving into the area and be first in with
our relocation services. |

Marketing existing tenants
By keeping in touch with our current tenant clients we
know when they want to move properties, sometimes for
a change, other times because their families are growing.
As we have experience of their payment history and know
how they keep their homes these are excellent prospects.

Public Relations
We sponsor events, large and
small where we know potential tenants will see our literature.
A recent example was the Olney Floral Fiesta and associated
raft race. Over 7000 local people saw our name and what
we do, continuously, for most of that weekend. |

The Yellow VW Beetle
Slightly embarrassing to drive,
but the sign-written and extremely eye-catching yellow
Beetle is now a well-known sight around Olney and the
surrounding towns. It has generated enormous publicity
for the firm and hence for the clients we represent. |
